Let me start by saying that I really liked this piece from the moment I saw it because it made me feel happy. Happy that the motif was so light and so very human. A beautiful young woman, eyes closed in quiet inner emotion, at peace with herself. I loved the colour pallet and the use of abstract technique in the hair. The flyaway pieces of hair are exquisite as is the earring. The eyelids with their hint of makeup are very well done. Lips to die for, high arching eyebrows and a pert nose - spring has come and with it thoughts of amour.
