I would definitely say that these eyes call to the viewer and pull them in. The shades of blues that were chosen for the piece were selected almost perfectly. The hue is astounding and it gives a certain mood of wonder and awe with a tinge of sadness. If anything required improvement, I would say that the reflection of light should normally be in a more similar place as the other eye. Even if one is staring at a light source, normally, its white reverberation would be centered. As for the rest of the canvas, it would seem dismal and lackluster, due to its empty field. Other than this, I think the piece is beautiful and the eyes look as they would in a real life setting. Lovely.
