Description

Eye study made with watercolor and pen on 250g cold-pressed paper, original is small ( 15 x 21 cm / 5.9 x 8.3 ") and was gifted to my friend before it was featured as a DD (:

Credits: Huge part of my watercolor practice and technique learning lies within very helpful videos of agnes-cecile on YouTube, I am very grateful that there are artists like her who teach people all around the world this way

A Daily Deviation! Big thanks to Natalia-Luz, ruby604 and lucid-light for suggesting and to SRaffa for featuring  and of course for all the :+fav:, comments, appreciation.

I really love your watercolor choice for this artwork. It really helps to make a great impression and in my opinion, draws attention to the eyes. Though I think that you could have worked a bit more in the corner of the left eye, because it looks like it's kind of undone and the corner is just cut off. It's not a big drawback, but I would have spent a little bit more time there. I really love the right eye, the lashes are so well done and the shading is gorgeous. Anyways, I absolutely think that this artwork is amazing, because for me, it's really hard to work with watercolor paints <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>)
