It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?

This journal will be slightly different from the usual Diary of Jane, let's say it's my New Year's Special (:

I had a wonderful dinner, but He wasn't there yet. I wasn't feeling lonely, watching a fairy tale put me in a good mood. After I finished, nervosity came over me - where is He, I'm sleepy but wouldn't want to miss Him. I prepared drinks, put my best clothes and perfume on, just for Him, than I sat near the Christmas tree, eyes hurting, hardly resisting sleep. Finally than, He arrived - New Year was there, awaiting me to throw myself around His neck. But I loved the old one too, the one I finally came to know completely in that very second. I kissed him goodbye, assuring myself I'll never forget Him.

2012 was an important year of my personal and professional life; I painted 167 watercolor pieces, 17 graphite/charcoal drawings, 9 acrylic paintings on canvas, made 12 tutorials here on DeviantArt. I've gained over 5300 watchers since February and nearly 2000 on Facebook since April. My big dreams by the beginning of 2012 - getting a Daily Deviation, making a speed painting video and have a live exhibition - have all come true, I got two Daily Deviations, made 5 speed painting videos and had an exhibition in May. I've also grown very fond of DeviantArt, I've incorporated it into my daily routines and at the end of the day I often find myself thinking of the idea of community and how beautifully it works - it is a mirror, you always see your reflection in it.

I've also changed the color of my hair last year, from my natural ginger to black. I intend to keep it black until a completely new era of my life arrives and I would feel black no longer speaks for me.

Happy New Year 2013 everyone! Regarding resolutions, remember that what you wish to change, you can change any today of the year, no matter what number stands in your calendar (:

I don't miss 2012, the pain and unhappiness led me to wish for it to be over sooner so i could start fresh, leaving behind the memory of the people that caused all the drama in my life.

On the other hand, my life on dA is getting better and better, meeting new people, carrying on my work and making friends - like you. 2012 seems to have been a good professional year for you and for that i can only be glad and wish you that 2013 will be at least as good as the last one was.}

I am sorry for the pain and unpleasant memories that connect with your 2012. On the other hand, holding on the old wisdom "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger" (gosh how much that is true), you can perceive 2012 as a year that made you stronger - you are a fighter, from what I know about you.

Thank you for your genuine wishes, too. I want to get stronger as well, so I'll get my sword and a shield and 2013 can come to get me ^^
