It's always interesting for me to see what an artist does with different mediums. Whille I really like your watercolour, charcoal brings out a different quality in your style. I commend you on your attention to detail and ability to achieve it! I more often fail with charcoal to manage any detail; possibly I'm just not patient enough. Specifically, the detail in the eyes add a greater dimension to the overall piece, not to mention the expressive value. A minor critique is that the highlight spots (the cheek and nose) look a little harsh, or too highly contrasted against the blackest black. Of course this could be an issue more with the photo. Overall, this is a striking piece!
